Welcome to PerkDeck. By downloading or using the PerkDeck app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PerkDeck, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

2. The Service

PerkDeck is a mobile rewards application that allows users to:

• Watch brand video content to earn digital scene cards
• Collect and complete brand card sets
• Unlock discount codes and perks from brand partners upon set completion
• Trade or gift completed sets with other users (where available)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use PerkDeck. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information including your age
• Choosing a username that is not offensive, misleading, or impersonating

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to watch ads or earn cards
• Attempt to manipulate the card collection or perk system
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent daily limits
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

5. Perks, Discount Codes & Affiliate Links

Discount codes and perks are provided by third-party brand partners via affiliate networks (Rakuten Advertising and AWIN). PerkDeck acts as an intermediary and makes no guarantees regarding:

• The availability or validity of any specific discount code
• The value or terms of any offer provided by a brand partner
• Whether a particular brand's codes will be available at the time of set completion

Codes are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing brand. PerkDeck earns affiliate commission when users make qualifying purchases through affiliate links.

6. Virtual Items & Card Collections

Scene cards and completed sets within PerkDeck are virtual items. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or reset virtual items at any time, including in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

7. Advertising

PerkDeck displays brand video content and advertisements powered by Google AdMob. By using the app, you consent to the display of advertisements. Ad content is subject to Google's advertising policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within PerkDeck including the app design, logo, graphics, and code is owned by or licensed to PerkDeck. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed within the app are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerkDeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost perks, or inability to redeem discount codes.

10. Disclaimers

PerkDeck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that perks will always be available for every brand set.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your card collection and earned perks will be permanently deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
